All of the lashes used by our technicians are mink. We have a wide range of lengths, curls, and diameters to ensure that all of our client’s needs are met and we can create the best set for everyone. Our eyelashes are not “one size fits all”!
We have a selection of adhesives to use according to climate, humidity, or client sensitivity. Sensitive glue is available for those who have problems with traditional eyelash adhesives.
Lash Sets require at least an hour of your time, so plan accordingly. Fill appointments take 30- 60 minutes dependent upon the number of lashes needed and the type of lash selected.
All technicians’ time varies, if time is of the essence, please let us know so we can accommodate you.
We are here to help you.
If you have any question or not are quite sure about the eyelash extensions application or how to take care of them, please contact us.
Refills
Every eyelash extension set requires fills every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking full!
Our natural lashes have their own shedding cycle, and we want to do our best to stay ahead of it
If you have not been in to have your lashes filled for longer than 3 weeks, it’s like you’re starting over, and a new set is required.
Classic lash fill prices are based on how many weeks it has been since your lash service, 2- or 3-week fill. 50% of each eye should be covered for either fills to qualify.
Hybrid and volume sets are fuller and are easier to go longer between visits without noticeable loss, however 50% of each eye should still be covered with extensions to be considered a fill.
Communication is key! If you struggled with retention, please call the studio and inform us so we have enough time to give you the set you need.
If you have received a set from another studio, we are more than happy to get you in for a fill! However, every artist's technique and quality of work varies. With that in mind, it is imperative we can see what your lashes look like with a photo prior to your service with us.

Eyelash extensions removal
We always recommend a professional removal for eyelash extensions. The at-home methods have been unsuccessful for so many people and have caused damage to the natural eyelashes. When people think of removing them with oil since oil breaks down the surgical-grade glues, they don’t realize that this is a process that happens over time. The oil on our eyelids or cosmetic products like cleansers or moisturizers eventually breaks down the glue over a few to several days, but not right away. That’s why many people experience premature shedding and damage when they try to remove them at home. Yet, an inexpensive appointment with us will not take more than 20 minutes and the remover we use will make them slide right off, leaving your natural lashes happy and safe!
Lash Extension Aftercare
Your Elegant Lashes can last longer looking beautiful depending on how well you take care of your lash extensions. So, we highly recommend you:
- Avoid getting lashes wet for up to 24 hours after application. Wash your face in the sink using a washcloth, avoiding the eye area.
- Clean with eyelash foam cleanser every 3 days. Apply oil-free makeup remover with your fingers, rubbing gently down the lashes. Or you may apply oil-free makeup remover to your lashes using a disposable mascara wand. Spray onto the wand, brush through lashes gently, and rinse with warm water.
- Do not use oil-based products around or on the eyes. Oil will break down the adhesive and you will have premature lash extension loss.
- Do not rub or touch your eyes. Your hands can get dirty, and the dirt is oily.
- Do not use cotton on your lash extensions.
- Mascara should be washable and cannot be waterproof.
- Do not sleep on your face.
- Do not use eyelash curlers.
- Stay on top of your infills (recommended every 2 - 3 weeks)
- Do not attempt to remove any lashes on your own, call us for an appointment.
- Top tip: When showering, do not position your head in the full strength of water flow. Let the water instead run down your face.
Also, you must keep in mind:
- Lash tinting will need to be done 24-48 hours before your lash fill appointments. No perming the lashes!
- No saunas, facials, or swimming within 4-6 hours of application.
- Do not stick your head in the oven when baking! It can singe your extensions! Turn your head away from the oven when putting anything in or pulling anything out.
Keep in mind that eyelash extensions are a high-maintenance beauty treatment. They require very gentle care for the lashes to last longer and stay in good condition.
